The results of our latest survey are in - confirming that our candidates are smart, savvy, educated, experienced, and some of the most exceptional candidates available in today's job market.

Here is a snapshot of who you are...

• 53% are currently employed and looking for something more flexible

• 45% have a Bachelor degree, Masters degree or MBA

• 33% are Certificate or Diploma qualified

• 57% have 5-15 years of experience in your field of expertise; 20% have 15+ years

• The top 5 factors affecting your decision when finding employment are: flexibility, salary, short commute time, sense of achievement, ability to set hours/schedule

Resumes - Time to update?
